Corning High School Class of 1961 Reunion

Dear Classmates,

We made it to the “Golden Grad” milestone!  Our high school homecoming activities were very special – the parade, the dinner, and the half-time recognition – a great evening.  We had an amazing turnout the following day at our 50th reunion.  Everyone enjoyed visiting with  classmates, dining on outstanding food, and having a few chuckles viewing “old” videos and telling stories.

Let’s keep in touch, please let us know if you change your address and/or email be sure to email one of us to make the change:

We are very excited to have all of the reunion photos, newspaper articles, grammar school pictures, videos, parade pictures, etc. available to you on this website.

Welcome to the Corning Class of “61 Memorabilia Page!!  Here you will find all of the photos, newspaper articles, and things that you wish you could forget!!
You have control over which albums you look at (simply click on any of the links below which might interest you).  Once the link has opened, you have a choice of showing the photos as a slide show  (towards the upper left corner of the screen), or simply clicking on just  the photos that you wish to look at individually.  When using this method, there is a “magnifying glass” at the top of each page that allows you to blow up the images to read the text, or see the faces up close and personal. This is especially useful when looking at the Observer articles and the Red & White papers.

We’ll start by listing the stuff that is “new”  since you attended the reunion, and then add on the “old” stuff that you either saw in the Memory Book, or in the ’61 Memorabilia DVD that you were provided at the Reunion Luncheon on Saturday.

 Let’s start with the “New”!!

Anyway, thanks to everyone who shared their memorabilia with us (I started to name names, but the list is way too long.   Since we all enjoyed our short time together sharing the memories of the short 50 years since our graduation.  Let’s do it again!!
