Hickory Six Choice is a 1995 AQHA Bay stallion by Doc's Hickory (whose get has earned over $19 million) & out of a Doc's Sug mare, Doc Six Choice (producer of over 26K earnings, 22K of which were earned by full siblings.) Two full sisters have already produced money earners in excess of 167K. Hickory spent the majority of his life on our ranch up north & has very limited showing. He was the 2002 NCRCHA Cutting Champion, winning 5 of 6 shows, placing second once.

Hickory's tremendous athleticism, great mind & cow instinct are representative of what he produces in his offspring, along with good size, plenty of bone & substance; traits that are contrary to a lot of the performance bred horses in the industry today. If you like color, he has sired roans, buckskins, duns, palominos & grays. Most of Hickory's foals are out working on ranches, but the few that have gone to the show pen have done well.
