   Real Life Experience
Being involved in the cattle & haying industries his entire life has given Dan the experience in buying, selling & operating all types of farm equipment along with marketing & production of livestock. His equine business, 2R Quarter Horses, has evolved from training with a champion cutting & cow horse trainer to owning & producing cow horses & ranch horses of his own. The equipment experience led Dan to create & develop patents to make farm equipment more efficient.

In addition... 
Dan’s wife, Christie (Sutfin) Capik, assists the family business. Born into agriculture & the equine industry, Christie was ranch raised in Northern California on a sheep, cattle & farming operation. She attended California State University, Chico were she received her BS Degree in Agricultural Business. Christie has actively bred, trained & shown Quarter Horses & Paints over the years competing in everything from roping to English & western & halter. She has also judged for over 20 years & is a carded judge for the National Reined Cow Horse Association.
